The Fur Whisperer
She has been part of our journey since the very beginning. With a deep love for animals, nature and the outdoors, she takes great pride in her work and always puts each dog’s comfort first.
Known for her gentle, patient approach, she carefully detangles coats, removes even the smallest fleas, and ensures every groom is done with care and attention to detail.
Friendly and professional, Alceri is loved by our customers and valued member of our team.
THABANI
Master of Makeovers
Thabani affectionately known as Mr. T, is skilled in grooming all dog breeds but he has a special place in his heart for the big boys. His personal favourites are the large and powerful breeds, which is exactly why he shares his home with a Rottweiler and Boerboel.
Quiet, calm and deeply intuitive with animals, Mr. T communicates effortlessly with dogs of every size and temperament. His friendly nature and steady presence make even the most nervous pups feel safe.
A devoted family man with a loving personality, Mr. T brings the same warmth, patience and professionalism to every groom as he does to his own home, making the parlour his true home away from home.
LLOYD
The Entertainer
Lloyd brings energy, joy and entertainment into every groom. Known for singing, dancing and keeping the dogs happily engaged, he turns grooming into a positive and uplifting experience for both pets and people.

Bubbly, friendly and naturally outgoing, Lloyd connects effortlessly with dogs and their humans. Challenging pups don’t intimidate him , they motivate him. Lloyd has a real talent for handling dogs with unique needs, guiding them calmly through the grooming process.
